Council partnerships
Last updated 8 October 2026. This is a draft for review and does not certify legal compliance.
We are inviting local authorities to explore a six-month preventative support pilot across three settings, working with around 60–90 children and young people. It focuses on emerging special educational needs, wellbeing, attendance, behaviour, transitions and multi-agency coordination.

A planned 0–25 pathway
- NeuroKids — early years to around age 10–11. Owned by Duane Walters; any pilot use needs his signed agreement and full governance approval.
- Safe Space — a private wellbeing app for young people from around age 10.
- NeuroPathway — the evidence workspace for families and professionals across ages 0–25.
Investment and the ask
The pilot costs £42,000 in total for six months. We are asking for a non-binding, conditional expression of interest or letter of support. No live pilot starts until funding, agreements, the lawful basis, data boundaries, safeguarding and governance are all approved.
Safeguards built in
- No automatic data transfer between the three products.
- Non-diagnostic — the tools record needs and support and never make statutory decisions.
- AI summaries are drafts that a person reviews, and AI can be switched off.
- Young people's journals stay private and are never shared automatically.
We do not claim NHS approval, clinical certification or proven savings.
