Terms of use
Last updated 7 October 2026. This is a draft for review and does not certify legal compliance.
These terms apply when you use NeuroPathway or Safe Space, provided by NeuroPathway Support Limited.
What the service does
It helps families and professionals record everyday observations, the support tried and what happened, and prepare evidence. Safe Space offers optional, private reflection for young people.
What it does not do
- It does not diagnose, replace professional assessment or promise an EHCP outcome.
- It is not an emergency service and is not monitored around the clock. No automatic alerts are sent.
- AI drafts are suggestions. They are not verified professional evidence and must be checked by a person.
- We cannot promise absolute confidentiality where someone may be at risk of harm.
Your responsibilities
- Only record information you are allowed to hold and share.
- Record facts respectfully, without blaming the child or family.
- Keep your sign-in details private.
Trade mark

Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email tanjahanson.neuropathway@zohomail.eu with “Complaint” in the subject line. Please include what happened and, if you can, your account email so we can find the relevant records. Every complaint is read by a person and taken seriously, and we will explain what we found and what we will do about it.
If your complaint is about how your information has been handled and you are not satisfied with our reply, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Still to be confirmed: minimum age and parental consent arrangements for young people's accounts; account closure and data deletion steps; a committed response timescale for complaints; governing law; any charges.
